The email cadence that does not burn out a solo publisher

Person writing an email draft on a laptop

A list dies from silence or from noise. The useful middle is a cadence the writer can keep when a week goes badly.

Pick one send that always ships, then treat extras as optional. For most independents that means one weekly note tied to a published post, not a separate newsletter calendar that has to be fed.

Write the subject line after the post is finished. If the post cannot support a clear subject, it is not ready to send.
